Upload the certificate of incapacity of work
This guide explains how to upload a medical certificate after registering your case or how to request the upload via a link.
Step 1: Open cases
- Select the menu item “Cases” in the left-hand menu.
- Select an active or a case in Review.

Step 2: Open the Incapacity of work section
In the open case, select the "Incapacity of work" tab.

Step 3: Add medical certificate
You have two options:
Option 1: Request certificate of incapacity of work
1. Send email
- Enter the email address of the relevant person.
- Click on “Send email” .
The person receives an email with an upload link through which the medical certificate can be uploaded.
- Click on “Send email” .
2. Copy upload link
- Click on "Copy link to clipboard"
- Manually share the link with the relevant person.
The person can upload the medical certificate via this link.
- Manually share the link with the relevant person.

Option 2: Upload directly
Upload the Incapacity of Work certificate directly into the system (e.g. via drag & drop or file selection).
Enter the following information:
- Start date
- End date
- Percentage absent in (%)
Confirm the information by clicking "Upload certificate" .

Result
The overview shows that the medical certificate was successfully uploaded.
