Overview of all cases

1. Introduction

The case overview shows all short-term and long-term cases at a glance.

1.1. Standard filtering

By default, the last 30 days are filtered, and all cases that are active, still under review, and in draft stage are shown.

1.2 Search filtering

The filter search allows you to search for specific content and the table is then filtered accordingly.

1.3 Contents of the case overview

The table displays the following information:


Column title Contents

Person Nr. Person number

Name Last name and first name

Absence period Absence from / Absence until

Counter Displays the number of days since the start of the absence

Absence type Indicates whether it is an illness or an accident.

Daily Allowances Displays the daily allowance for this period.

Case Type Indicates whether it is a short-term or long-term case

Status Shows the current status of the case in the examination.

1.4 Filter

The table can be filtered according to the following criteria:

Filter selection

Case Type Short-term, long-term

Case Status Draft, Under Review, Active, Completed, Rejected

Absence Type Illness, accident

Date Anytime, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, Last 90 days, Custom

Accounting Month Accounting month

Accounting Group eg. Zurich, Basel

Unsettled Claims Billing paused, no daily sickness allowance case

Processing Group Monthly salaries, Hourly salaries

Wage Continuation Within LFZ, Outside LFZ

2.0 Add case

A case can be triggered via the " Add case" button .

A modal window will then open where you can enter the following information:

  1. Case registration staff
  2. Start date
  3. Police
  4. group of people


If the employee cannot be found, this can be opened manually using the toggle switch:

The case can be added using the "Add case" button:

2.1 Case created

Once a case has been created, the case overview page opens and a KTG case can be registered.

Report a KTG case using the button: Report KTG case.

Confirm the modal and then click the "Register" button.

2.2 Case Submission

To submit a case, all case data must be available. Data that is still missing for case registration is marked with a warning symbol.

The form must then be checked. Often, the following information is missing under "Further Information":

The case can then be submitted using the Save and Continue button.
